Philip C. Slocum, CIC, President - Phil joined the agency officially in 1978 all while having grown up in the family business and is second generation at the Slocum Agency. In his early years he was one of the youngest, at the time, to achieve the Certified Insurance Counselor designation which he has held for over 30 years.
